Implementation Consultant (Based in Hong Kong)
A fortune 500 IT vendor is now looking for a Implementation Consultant to join their professional services team. The role will be providing Retail industry consulting service to customers.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver high level consulting service to customers
• Provide industry insights for customers; Conduct industry specific briefings and seminars
• Understand the issue and trend of retail industry to identify business opportunities
• Strong technical background and able to identify customer’s needs and provide effective solutions
• Use various debugging techniques and tools to efficiently resolve software problems; Practice proper source code control, development procedures and coding best practices
• Ensure the project is within time frame and project scope
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Consulting
• Retail Industry background is a PLUS
• Software development experience in Scripting Languages (PowerShell or Kix), Databases (Oracle or Microsoft SQL), Change Management Processes (ITIL)
• POS software experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
