Field Operations Manager (based in Shanghai)

Our client is a global IT Vendor. They are seeking for a Field Operations Manager to manage the Field Services Team in China.

 

Responsibilities:
• Manage over 200 Field Services Team members for installation, support, repair and maintenance of our hardware and related solutions in China
• Keep track of the inventories of the parts and manage the schedules of the Field Services Team members
• Provide daily operational leadership and support multiple territories and help coaching territory leads
• Based in Shanghai but cover entire China region
• Ensure customers satisfaction for on time service delivery and quality services by setting service standards and implementing service strategies and programs
• Monitor the assigned accounts to anticipate future service and business requirements
• Address and handle all the issues related to Field Services
• Integrate subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area

 

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of experiences in service delivery or operations support including 5 years of supervisory experience
• Experience with Distributed Workforce and familiar with Break/Fix IT Support Methodology is preferable
• Independent, good organization and people management skills
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
