Direct Sales Manager (based in Hong Kong)

Our Client is one of the top global Business Analytics solution vendors. They are looking for a seasoned and motivated professional to join their sales team to expand their market share in Hong Kong.

 

Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales target covering existing, potential customers in Hong Kong
• Hunt for new business opportunities in new industries, such as Manufacturing and Virtual Banking
• Creative and Lead transformational sales, come up with creative solutions and lead customers to the right mindset to make sales

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• 8+ years of experience in direct sales with strong account management skills
• Enterprise Business Applications is a MUST
• Story-teller – being able to relate to customer’s background and picture the solution idea to customers
• Experience in selling to and strong relationship with non-FSI industries is preferred (Ex. Hospitality/Casino, Telco, Theme Park, Retail, Transportation, Manufacturing, Virtual Banking, etc.)
• Excellent sales record and proven success in managing large accounts
• C-level communication skills, confident in engaging multiple CXOs of an organization
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is preferred
