Sales & Marketing Manager (IT Consulting Service Team)

Our client is a well-established global IT security solution vendor with presence in over 60,000 employees worldwide. With continuously business growth, they are looking for a high caliber to join their Hong Kong team as a Sales & Marketing Manager (individual contributor) to drive their consulting services business in Hong Kong & Macau.



90% job focus on sales, but will need to work very closely with Marketing Team to formulate Go-to-Market Strategy

• Meet sales objectives as set by management
• Forecast sales and profitability for existing and new consulting services
• Assist in devising marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing marketing strategies and growth plans
• Identify marketing opportunities by identifying industry requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
• Improve profitability by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Ensure compliance in the management of all bids and quotations as well as customer relationships
• Able to handle full sales cycle: create need, influence customer’s specification requirements, respond to RFP, close deals by him/herself
• Professional approach to all aspects of customer relationship
• Timely response to customer requirements
• Accurate and timely order forecast
• Foster excellent teamwork in HK and SE Asia sales teams
• Creative and entrepreneurial approach for new go-to-market strategies


• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or relevant discipline
• At least 5 years of sales experience in IT services or IT security consultancy
• Demonstrated success in leading team to achieve business targets
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, analytical skills and presentation skills
• Self-motivation, eagerness to grow professionally, and commitment to self-development
• Strong interpersonal skills with regards to client and partner management
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Holders of security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, ISO27001 LA preferred
