Digital Inside Sales (Based in Hong Kong)

Our client is a global software vendor for enterprise content management solution both for on premises and cloud based.  The solution covering business process automation, workflow, records management, document imaging and webform software. They have been recognized in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for ECM for years. They are seeking for an Inside sales based in Hong Kong to drive their international business.
This is an entry level sales position and you will have exposure to global client based and working with business resellers around the world.  You will be under close mentorship with a senior salesperson.

Responsibilities:


• 90% of your work would be to provide remote telephone support for lead generation and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve quarterly targets including qualifying lead, maintaining an accurate pipeline and revenue forecast
• Build and maintain relationships with customers via email, phone, and web-based chat
• Work with regional sales manager to handle potential and active accounts

Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 2 years of sales experience is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome
• Hunter type of sales character and be aggressive
• Passionate in all things in Hi-Tech and good in relationship building
• Excellent phone handling and communications skills
• Outstanding English proficiency is a must, near native speaker is preferred
