Our Client is a global IT service provider. They are looking for an experienced professional to join as Pre-sales who is excellent for proposing high-value IT services and consulting services to the clients for market expansion.
Responsibilities:
• Review and understand all factors of the customer IT environment
• Collect requirements from the customers and design correspondent technical solutions like master architecture plans with the availability of the company’s products and solutions
• Evaluate in the prospective of the company and the customers whenever multiple solutions are available
• Drive sales initiatives and direct the development /implementation of infrastructure solution the company products and solutions
• Develop infrastructure solution for Sales and partners to sell to customers
• Collaborate with Sales team/partners and also Delivery team with the delivery of the assigned solutions
• Set technical project plans and scope of work along with the Delivery team
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Around 4 to 6 years experiences in PRESALES field for IT industry, preferably from the SI companies
• In-depth knowledge in the following aspects:
- server (UNIX, Linux and Windows),
- storage
- networking
- virtualization (VMware/ Hyper-V/ KVM/ Citrix)
- mobility
- backup solution
- system management and IT security solutions
• Experience participating in solution configuration, proof of concept, proposal development, competitive analysis, deal pursuit process and knowledge management
• Strong understanding of various networking solutions such as routers, switches, firewall, load balancer etc.
• Solid experience in solution design such as system infrastructure design, disaster recovery solution and storage networking solution
• Prior experience in system integration services, technology services and managed services will be advantageous
• CCNA/CCNP or other networking certificates are highly preferred
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent skills for all communications across internal and external parties in both spoken and written English and Chinese
