Regional HR Specialist

Our client is a Global IT Vendor.  They are seeking for an HR professional based in Hong Kong and cover the APAC region

 

Responsibilities


• Handle full spectrum of C&B functions( as governance) and ad-hoc HR projects for Hong Kong and APAC region
• Manage payroll by liaising with countries in APAC, cross check the accuracy of the payroll prepared by Country HRs before forward it to the bank for payment
• Frequently deal with  AP zone -HR Country Manager, HR Team,  & Corporate HR
• Responsible for various zone-level reporting including Recruitment, Headcount, Attrition, etc.
• Provide System Support in PMP Process, Merit Planning process for the AP Zone
• Handle payroll processing, eHR, benefits administration, taxation, retirement scheme for HK office


Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in HR with regional exposure
• Must be a Super User of SAP HR system or any other ERP tool
• Solid experience in HR Reporting (including C&B, Head count, Attrition, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in managing regional payroll (Governance only) with knowledge in payroll processing packages
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
