Senior Application Support Analyst (Hong Kong)
Our client is a Global IT vendor with customers in the banking industry for over 200 countries. They are currently looking for an Application Support Analyst to support their applications for customers.
Responsibilities:
• Involve in application deployments and documentation
• Interact with clients about the application status and solve their technical issues
• Identify and propose modifications on the application to reduce user problems on systems and databases
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance for the error prevention
• Improve existing training manual and problem solving procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Application Support role, preferably in an Unix/Linux environment with Perl, Korn, or Shell scripting
• Experience with database such as Oracle, MS-SQL, or MySQL
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
