Project Manager (Hong Kong)
Our Client is a Global Top 3 Enterprise Business Application vendor. They are currently seeking for an experienced Project Manager to take lead in customer’s digitalization programs.
Responsibilities:
• Help to establish the customer’s innovation roadmap to provide guidance and management for the key development and direction of the customers’ business.
• Act as the 1st contact person for the customer in support, inquires, and contract escalations
• Oversee the development of proposals and tenders
• Establish trusted advisor status with strategic customers, maintain good relationship with customers
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery and appropriate project & risk management
• Actively collaborate with the Front Office Team, work on governance model with customer and front office team
• Ensure contractual obligations are met across Services, Subscription, and Maintenance contracts
Requirements:
• Degree holders with more than 10 years of transformational program management experience across large programs which include P&L management of large engagements
• Good knowledge on ERP, CRM, Data Platform, e-Commerce or related business application software solution
• Strong experience with engaging C-level customers
• Proven experience act as a leader in projects
• Managing expectations, conflicts, and escalations
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Cantonese and English
