Management Consultant in Digital Transformation β (Hong Kong / China)
Our Client is one of the Top Global Enterprise Business Application Providers. They are looking for professionals with solid experience in Management Consulting in Cloud and Digital Transformation to join their Hong Kong and China Teams for Market Expansion.
Responsibilities:
• Provide customized support to the company’s TOP 20 clients in Greater China
• Advise on Value Selling and implementation process including business case development with quantified monetary benefits for creating value-based strategies
• Work closely with sales team to create revenue growth opportunities and to develop comprehensive value-based selling programs
• As a relationship manager to communicate with C Levels at client side and as a trusted advisor to clients
• Link business with IT strategy and advise clients on how to implement Digital Transformation for their companies
• Understand and articulate the value propositions of clients and maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree with at least 7-10 years of IT experience including minimum 4 years in Management Consulting in leading international firms
• Value Selling and Value Engineering experience with strong technical background
• Experience in Cloud and Digital Transformation
• Strong industry knowledge in one or more of the following: Manufacturing, Retail, Telco, Hi-Tech
• Able to communicate with and influence the C-Levels with experience in working with top tier customers
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English are MUST; proficiency in Mandarin (for China role) and Cantonese (for HK role) is definitely an advantage
