Solution Developer Team Lead (Cyber Security Solution) – based in Taipei
Our Client is a Global IT Vendor on Cyber Security Solution. Due to expansion, they are seeking for a Solution Developer Team Lead in Taipei to provide development and support of the system for customers in Taiwan.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop on the Cyber Security Solution to improve reliability and efficiency of the systems
• Solve problem on mission critical software and prevent problem recurrence
• Engage in capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning
• Involve in the entire SDLC including development, UAT, debugging and new releases roll out
• Provide production support by responding to customer calls, performing root cause analysis for production issues, and implement preventive actions
• Provide after-hours support and maintenance when needed
• Lead a team of developers to provide development and support of the system
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 8 years’ experience with solid coding skills in C, C++, C#, Java, Python, SQL, or similar languages
• Experience with IDC LINUX is a MUST, with AWS LINUX is preferable
• Hands-on experience in system deployment and production support
• Able to solve product problem with reliability analysis techniques
• Experience in SDLC and Agile projects
• Team leading experience with a passion for building highly effective teams
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
