HCM Consultant (HR Industry expert)
Our client is a Fortune 500 IT Vendor specialized in Enterprise Application Software. Due to expansion, they are seeking for a HCM Consultant with excellent domain knowledge in the Human Resources Industry to help sales to generate leads. This role is based in Hong Kong and covering Greater China.
Responsibilities
• Support Sales Team by meeting with customers and act as an expert in HCM
• Provide consultancy in relation to the Human Resources industry
• Business and market development to help generate sales leads
• Cover Greater China and coordinate resources between Greater China and Global
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related disciplines
• Around 8 to 10 years of working experience with strong domain knowledge in HR industry
• Expert in Cloud-based HCM such as Workday HCM, SAP Success Factors, Oracle Taleo, or IBM Kenexa, etc.
• Experience in covering Greater China
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Excellent communications skills in both verbal and written English, good Mandarin is preferred
