Head of Channels (Hong Kong & Taiwan)

Our Client is a Global Leading IaaS Provider.  They are looking for an outstanding candidate to join them for Market Expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategic partnerships in support of the key markets
• Serve as a key member of the APAC Partner team for HK & Taiwan to drive revenue in overall Cloud market and technical strategy
• Identify specific partners to approach with a technical value proposition
• Execute the global and regional plans to recruit, on-board and measure new partners into the solution provider program
• Execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders
• Handle Complex Deals, particularly in multi-year managed services arrangements.
• Prepare business reviews/reports to the senior management team
• Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal group

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree ; MBA and/or Computer Science or Math background
• 12+ years of sales and/or business development experience
• More than 5 years in channel related roles across in HK & Taiwan
• Demonstrated experience in the acquisition and building of long term strategic partners
• A balanced technical and analytical business background
• Have a broad based understanding of cloud technologies
• Experience working with virtualization, cloud or enterprise software spaces
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• The ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
• The ability to leverage existing relationships across the HK & Taiwan’s Channel Partners
