APAC Solutions Architect (PLM Software & Services)
Our client is a global well-known PLM (product lifecycle management) software solution company. They are seeking for a Solutions Architect to join their their Services Team to take the technical lead to drive SA competence and capability across the Asia Pacific region.
Responsibilities
• Support APAC business growth with alignment to long term organizational strategic goals and regional level services initiatives
• Act as a subject matter expert for one or more specialized solution areas
• Drive adoption of the new CAE software program across Sales/PreSales and Services
• Lead by example by contributing to the AdvantEdge Solution approach via templates, deployment templates and project experiences
• Liaison across APAC countries:
*Internal parties – e.g. presales team, service team, sales team, product development team, country SA representatives, etc.
*External parties - e.g. customers, channel partners, industry specialists, etc.
• Work with the APAC country services groups to support their projects to drive technical excellence
• Monitor technical related issues and drive resolutions with the country SAs and PMs in APAC projects
• Conduct technical project Healthchecks acorss APAC
• Own the Technical aspect of the Partner Services Enablement Program
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holder in Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline
• At least 8 years of work experience in manufacturing or IT industry
• Good knowledge of various PLM technologies
• Practical experience with any PLM Software’s solutions/products is highly preferred; Experience with AdvantEdge will be particularly desirable
• Solid solution architect experience in PLM projects
• Mature, independent and result driven, with good presentation skills
• Excellent English skill is a MUST; additional APAC language skill such as Chinese, Korean and Japanese is an advantage
• Customer-oriented; strong communicator who is able to work with other employees and external partners from different countries in a multi-cultural environment
