Software Sales Manager, Hong Kong (FSI Accounts)

Our Client, a global major Business Intelligence (BI) Software Vendor, is seeking for a Sales Manager in Hong Kong.


Responsibilities:

• Selling licensed software with a key focus on Financial Services Industry in Hong Kong
• Responsible for Lead Generation, Selling and Implementation
• Establish and perform targeted lead generation marketing events
• Work with assigned business development resources to plan and execute strategy for creating leads
• Present at external marketing events
• Manage sales pipeline and submit weekly forecast to management, ensuring monthly forecast accuracy
• Achieve or exceed sales quota
• Facilitate the preparation of structured proposals where necessary

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in IT or relevant discipline
• 8+ years’ experience in selling licensed software products, ideally to FSI companies; with proven track record of achieving or over-achieving revenue quota
• Experience in Data Management, BI or Vertical solutions is highly preferred
• Solid experience in managing complex sales, with CCS (Customer Concentric Selling), in matrixed organisation
• Strong understanding of value of information to businesses and ability to elaborate
• Excellent communication, PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Excellent language proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proactive, self-starter and able to work independently within a matrixed organisation
• Willing to travel frequently to different regions where necessary
