Sales Manager (Cloud Services)

Our Client is a Fortune 500 IT Solutions Vendor. They are currently looking for a high calibre to join them as a Sales Manager in the Cloud Services Team, based in Hong Kong and cover Greater China.

 

Responsibilities:

• Achieve overall assigned quota/ revenue goal for Cloud Services portfolio, and direct sales strategy and execution for Greater China 
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities, create and maintain a rolling Cloud services pipeline of the territory
• Develop and drive internal account strategy and external C-level relationships within each customer account, while actively leveraging, and partnering with the License Sales and Client Partners
• Facilitate implementation scoping discussions with customer to define required services, level of effort, and pricing. Ensure customer requirements for deployment are aligned and supported through the implementation services
• Own services pricing and drive internal process throughout the sales cycle from initial quotes to final contract negotiations
• Drive and support Go-To-Market campaigns of Cloud services in alignment with License Sales and stand-alone for services
• Plan and execute customer events to push innovative services and drive customer demand
• Craft and deliver tailored services messaging and presentations to assist in the sales cycle


Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration or relevant discipline
• 8 years of direct sales experience in enterprise software/ services, ideally with a combination of both
• Experience with Cloud or SaaS sales is a MUST; experience with enterprise applications like HCM or SCM solutions is a definite advantage
• Experience in selling consulting/professional services in support of customer business and strategy requirements
• Proactive, highly motivated and goal-oriented; able to work independently under pressure
• Strong analytical skills with capacity for creative/innovative thinking
• Proven sales track record; capable of managing multiple deals concurrently and managing time effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Willing to travel up to 50% of time
