Regional Channel Sales Operations Manager - (based in Hong Kong)
Our client is one of the Global Software Vendors. They are seeking talents who have solid experience in APAC channel operations for sizable IT vendors.
Responsibilities:
• Support Channel Program Management and In-Country Channel Sales to drive business strategies and operational goals for APAC region
• Ensure contracts and pricing follow the global channel program guidelines
• Cooperate with APAC sales operations team for channel dashboard, planning, and reporting
• Collect and analyze business data for regional channel business reviews and sales forecast in order to track and monitor business performance
• Monitor the channel sales processes, tools, system and policies, and provide advice for further improvement
• Serve as APAC representative and communicate with international channel operations key to ensure alignment of the requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree holder in IT, Business or other related disciplines
• Min 8-10 years’ experience working in or with a Channel Sales Operation of global IT vendor with APAC experience
• Excellent skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, mission-driven environment
• Good understanding of Resellers and software partner relationships
• Strong business and finance acumen (financial modeling, cash-flow, P&L, balance sheet), with knowledge of APAC and global economics
• Mature, detailed-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS office, especially in Excel with data analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
• Flexible in working hours for after hour regional conference
