Customer Success Manager – (Based in Tokyo)

Our Client is a rapidly growing global software vendor. They are looking for an experienced Customer Success Professional to join their Japan team, to support their expansion and development in the APAC region.

Responsibilities:


• Team up with account managers to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Establish and lead Enterprise Success Programs to provide comprehensive support and resources for the customers
• Obtain a thorough understanding of the company products to provide accurate information on each component and the implementation roadmap
• Assist customers to draft best practice with expert industry knowledge
• Facilitate deal closures within designated accounts


Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree holder required
• Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting for SaaS based technical accounts
• Solid experience in overseeing management of successful Professional operations for SaaS business or related technology, cloud industry and IT Systems Management knowledge is a distinct advantage. Practical understanding and participation of the full lifecycle of executive level account management
• Hands on software development is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, to articulate the technological and business concepts and how to actualize them
• Effective in managing complex digital transformation projects
