Senior Delivery Consultant - Hotel Industry (Japanese speaking)-- Based in Hong Kong
Our client is one of the largest Global Vendor of enterprise applications and services. They are seeking for an experienced consultant on Hotel Automation applications to join their APAC team primarily for Japanese speaking customers.
Responsibilities:
• As a delivery consultant to implement hotel automation solutions
• Work closely with sales and support team to ensure total customer’s satisfaction
• Provide feedback on new product development
• Take ownership on project related documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related disciplines
• Hotel industry knowledge is essential
• Experience in implementing hotel automated applications
• Must be proficiency in MS SQL, business intelligence applications such as Cognos Report; Web Services integration is nice to have
• Team player with strong problem solving skill and be able to work under pressure
• Fluent in written and spoken Japanese and English. Knowledge in Chinese is nice to have
