Sales Manager for Property industry -- Based in Hong Kong
Our Client is a Top 3 Global Enterprise Business Application Provider. They are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to join their Hong KongTeam for Market Expansion.
Responsibilities:
• This is an individual contributor role responsible for direct and indirect selling of enterprise business applications
• Work closely with targeted business partners to cover the market
• Market the company’s entire product portfolio
• Be the key business driver for the assigned territory and develop go-to-market strategy and execute to achieve business plan
• Drive the entire sales cycle and ensure total customer satisfaction
• Manage close business relationship with clients
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent
• Experience in property developer or property management industry is essential
• Over 10 years of experience as IT sales professional with at least 5 years in selling complex business software or IT solutions
• Results oriented with excellent sales track records
• Strong influencing skills and ability to operate across all levels of an organization
• Excellent negotiation skills, be assertive and professional with conducting complex business presentations
• Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese
