Technical Consultant (Based in Hong Kong)
Our Client is a market leader in Enterprise Business Application Software industry. They are looking for a Technical Consultant to implement all the technical aspects of their core products services.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct software installation, configuration and system testing for the hosted implementations
• Setup Single-Sign-On (SSO) and File Transfer Protocol (FTP) with clients
• Provide technical consultation for clients; perform troubleshoot for optimizing system performance and ensuring external interface availability
• Handle technical administration of the client’s customized environment; maintain all installations throughout the implementation lifecycle
Requirements:
• Technical degree holder with at least 4 to 5 years of technical consultation or software implementation experience. Degree in Accounting is a plus
• Solid experience in setting up SSO, FTP, and file management interface
• Knowledge in any accounting ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics GP/AX/NAV, etc.)
• Familiar with 4GL programming language and SQL server
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and trouble shooting skills
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
