Inside Sales- based in China

Our Client is a Global Software Vendor.  They are seeking for Inside Sales who will work closely with Sales and marketing teams to develop and cultivate new business opportunities in APAC countries but mainly in China. 


Responsibilities:

• Generate sales opportunities through outbound calls, inbound lead follow up and emails
• Research on prospects and make qualifying calls
• Build prospect interest in the products and services via PHONE, internet, social media, email, etc.
• Achieve quarterly targets including generating and qualifying lead, and maintaining an accurate pipeline and revenue forecast
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Consistently follow-up all target prospects to develop qualified lead and achieve high closing rate

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, prefer in technical field
• Around 4-6 years of experience as Inside Sales or Telesales for IT Software 
• Proven success records in closing new accounts via Cold Calling and other sales pursuit strategies
• Strong in both technical and business development/sales
• Hunter type of sales character and be aggressive
• Able to quickly articulate the message through to prospects
• Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and able to handle high volume of sales opportunities
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
