Sales Operation Analyst on CRM (based in Hong Kong)
Our Client is a one of the Global Top Manufacturing and Engineering Software Vendors. They are seeking for a Sales Operation Analyst as their CRM business admin to improve the sales revenue and business process by utilizing the CRM application. This role is based in Hong Kong but covers the entire APAC region. This is NOT a Technical role and is more focus on Business.
• As a CRM Business Administrator to serve the Sales, Presales, Services, and Marketing teams, etc.
• Provide Training and support to APAC users on CRM system (Salesforce.com)
• As a bridge between IT and functional teams on deployment of new features and conduct UAT in the CRM system
• Support users on the utilization of the CRM tools from turning sales leads to revenue
• Create and manage reporting hierarchy for proper pipeline reporting
• Maintain Data Quality and ensure the data is clean
• Bachelor in Business or related disciplines with strong business sense
• At least 3 years of experience in sales operation positions and is a CRM expert user
• Strong knowledge in Salesforce.com or other similar CRM applications
• Detailed oriented with good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Ability to work with multiple cultures and time zones
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese
• Willing to travel (around twice a year)
