Sales Manager (HCM) – Hong Kong

Our Client is a Global Top 3 Enterprise Business Application Provider. They are looking for an experienced Sales Professional with solid experience in software solution selling to join their Hong Kong Team for Market Expansion. The role will be in charge of HCM (Human Capital Management) solution selling.


Responsibilities:

● Work with the team to develop and execute go-to-market strategy and programs to drive pipeline & close deals
● Educate target accounts on the solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals
● Work to uncover and run sales cycles based opportunities as directed by the Regional Sales Lead
● Work with marketing team on sales campaigns
● Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts
● Work to attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities within named customers
● Develop sales best practices securing repeated and expand business  opportunities across named accounts

Requirements:

● Degree holder in any discipline 
● Around 10 years’ experience of selling business applications with excellent sales track record in the past 3 years
● HCM (Human Capital Management) solution selling experience is highly preferred
● CRM, ERP and business application sales experience is also an asset
● Demonstrate excellent ability to drive business from product angle
● Demonstrate success in negotiating complex contracts and apply risk-mitigation strategies to customer
● Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Chinese
