Account Manager (Hong Kong)
Our client is a market leader in Enterprise Business Application Software industry. They are looking for an Account Manager to join their team in Hong Kong for handling existing customers.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets by renewal of contracts or selling additional solutions to existing customers
• Review expired agreement and trace details of relevant customers with units to be renewed
• Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, leads follow up, and networking and partner relationships
• Manage the entire business renewal process including leads qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and deal closing
• Maintain good relationship with both partners and existing customers
Requirements:
• Degree holder with 4 to 5 years of sales experience in business software/IT solutions; degree in Accounting is a plus
• Knowledge in any ERP/Accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics GP/AX/NAV, etc)
• Proven track record in business application software sales
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
