Presales Consultant for Manufacturing/ Engineering Software (Malaysia/ India)

Responsibilities:
• Provide Presales Consultation to the Machine Tool Service Kit (MTSK) solution
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Channel Partners, and MTSK development teams in various APAC countries
• Work with Machine Tool OEM to develop kits for different machines as per requested by customers in various countries
• Provide training to Channel Partners and its technical staff
• Give feedback and advice on the improvement of the system
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technical Tooling Program
• At least 5 years of Presales experience in a Regional role in the manufacturing or engineering software industry
• Experience working in a job shop or component manufacturer will be an advantage
• Extensive knowledge in CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) products is a MUST
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Post Processor Development for Multi Axis Machines (preferably in 5 Axis Metal Cutting)
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English
• Willing to Travel (around 40-50%) across APAC region
