Account Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Our client is one of the top 5 service providers measured by revenue in the world. They are looking for a seasoned IT professional to focus on their Japanese customers to maintain and grow their business in Hong Kong. The candidate must speak fluent Japanese and focus on IT industry.  It is preferable to have some sales experience.

 

Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain a quality pipeline of solutions and services to achieve or exceed sales target in assigned territories.
• Act as a proactive business partner to provide valuable insights on technology innovation, market trend and business transformation in vertical industries to our clients
• Develop, plan and provide a winning service strategy to respond to existing and prospective client requests for proposals
• Responsive to customer enquiries, understand customer requirements and address their business issues
• Maintain high customer satisfactions to generate repeated business 
• Work closely with respective functional teams to share account strategy and collaborations to win
   

Requirements:


• Minimum 5 years’ direct selling or sales related experience in IT industry
• Familiar with Cloud or Infrastructure solution is highly preferred
• Excellent in client engagement process
• Dynamic, aggressive and customer oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in English and Fluent Japanese
