Senior Solution Consultant β Hong Kong
Our Client is one of the Top ITSM vendors. They are currently on the search for a Senior Solution Consultant to provide technical presales support to their sales force and lead consultative interactions of the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in qualification of customer needs and perform pre-solution needs analysis
• Demonstrate products and tailor to prospects and existing customers specific needs
• Deliver PoP and PoC engagements with prospects
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs
• Ensure smooth transition process from sales to delivery
Requirements:
• Experienced in providing strategic and consultative services
• Excellent understanding of IT operational models (e.g. shared services, outsourcing, right sourcing, brokered services)
• Experienced and understand multiple solution domains
• Strong Pre-sales experience (specifically in ITSM is a plus)
