Enterprise Account Manager – Hong Kong

Our Client is one of the Top ITSM vendors. They are currently on the search for an Enterprise Account Manager.



• Develop a sales strategy for assigned territory
• Prospect qualification, development, and execution of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
• Channel recruitment and management
• Pipeline and sales process management from forecasting to opportunity closure
• Arrange and conduct initial product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the prospect
• Ongoing account management
• Build and maintain relationships with key executives and decision makers



• Degree or equivalent
• Previous sales experience with excellent sales track record (ideally within the ITSM space)
• SaaS sales experience is high desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
