Senior Technical Consultant
Our client is a global enterprise software company in platform-as-a-service provider. They are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to be responsible for the successful delivery of solutions and services in a consulting environment at customer’s site.
Responsibilities
Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including:
• Application UI and Workflow Configuration
• Development of required client specific and reporting
• Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)
• Interface with technical teams, such as Cloud Infrastructure, to successfully set up the SaaS platform
• Be a key member of the overall implementation project team
• Prepare all client-facing and internal deliverables that are technology related
• Drive the continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings based on working experience with customers
Requirements
• Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines with around 5 to 8 years of proven experience in technical consulting roles
• Proven experience as a key technical resource in leading the development of solutions in customer’s environments
• Experience in ITSM and service management
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and working a SaaS environment
• Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies
• Demonstrate the ability to influence and consult around all key technical decisions during project delivery
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity, good team player
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Up to 50% travel annually
