Implementation Manager (APAC)

Our client is a global enterprise software company in platform-as-a-service provider.  They are seeking an Implementation Manager to work with sales and service team to start up, maintain and deliver the projects either working on-site and/or managing remotely based on the project’s implementation plan starting from the Pre-Sales stage up to the project is accepted and sign-off by customer.   This role is based in Hong Kong and covers APAC countries.

Responsibilities  

• Manage the successful deployment of the solution, handle any issues arising, provide status reporting to all stakeholders, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Deliver Pre-Sales presentations around the well-defined deployment methodology
• Work with Sales and Customer to produce Statements of Work (SOW’s) and project plan
• Work with Services Manager(s) to allocate resources either with direct resources or via partner
• Deliver ITIL based Gap Analysis workshops to assist customer to come up with the product requirements
• Engage in multiple projects come from APJ customer base
• Be single point of contact for customers
• Hold regular project review meetings with customers
• Identify up sell opportunities and provide details to Sales


  Requirements

• Proven implementation experience with ITSM and/ or SaaS solutions based on the ITIL business process and knowledge of IT operations
• AGILE Scrum Master experience is a MUST
• Able to lead  workshops with the hierarchy of a large complex customers and lead project team with an understanding of project management methodologies and principles
• Able to manage projects deploying with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
• Work experience on helpdesk, IT service management, asset management, network and systems management or similar technologies a definite plus
• Global roll out experience and building cross-function teams to work in multiple countries for major accounts
• Strong communication skills with ability to communicate in Mandarin and Cantonese is a MUST
• 30-50% travel annually
