Our client is a US Financial Software vendor which provides hi-tech products and services for global investment banks and corporate clients. They are seeking for a Business Analyst as part of its dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities:
• Define Business Requirements and write the Functional Specification
• Manage clients’ expectations and doing clients’ support
• Provide clients with expert product assistance by troubleshooting of products and services via telephone and in person
• Provide User Training and assist in Implementation
• Will start leading a project or a team in the second year if performance is good in the first year
Requirements:
• Degree holder in any disciplines but a good technical sense on learning new software is required
• Around 2 to 3 years of working experience, preferably with some experience in the Product Analyst or Business Analyst roles
• Experience in writing business requirements and functional specifications with good understanding in entire SDLC is highly preferable
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) is a Must, skills with MS Access is an advantage
• Good interpersonal, collaboration, and listening skills and be able to build client relationships
• Energetic, outgoing, positive attitude with great potentials to learn and grow are desired qualities
• Strong Communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) a must, able to speak Mandarin or other Asian languages will be a plus
