Regional Technical Partner Director (based in Shanghai)

Our Client is a Fortune 500 IT vendor.  

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Selling Program enablement to partner sales team mainly in Greater China.  Support other countries in AP when needed.
• Work with Greater China Channel Managers to drive partner sales team’s measurement and assessment of the sales performance
• Provide training to the partner sales team
• Help to improve the contents and process to drive better partner sales enablement
• Develop plans and strategies with partners to drive lead generation in the SMB manufacturing market
• Identify and drive sub industry program execution with partners including working with key industry associations
• Involve in recruitment of new partners and their sales team

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related disciplines
• A minimum of 10 years’ working experience in PLM products selling in mainstream CAD industry, with a few years in a partner enablement and development area
• Strong experience in channel recruitment for CAD/CAE/CAM/PLM industry
• Familiar with China market especially in Shanghai
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Mandarin are Must
