Accountant / Senior Accountant
Our client is a fast-growing System Integration (SI) Company which focused on offering end-to-end technology and business solutions for Telecommunications & Internet Service Providers. Headquartered in Hong Kong, they currently have operations in over 8 countries in Asia Pacific and continue to expand across the region. They are now looking for a high caliber to join their Hong Kong team as a Senior Accountant.
Responsibilities:
• Handle FULL SET OF ACCOUNTS independently and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Handle credit control and collection
• Project accounting, invoicing and payment
• Review business case and conduct business analysis
• Update PO register
• Prepare monthly financial analysis and management report, variance reports, cash flows and weekly working capital analysis
• Prepare and review the annual budget
• Liaise with regional offices as well as external auditors
• Supervise one junior staff
• Attend client meetings alongside with Operation Manager to provide advice from accounting perspectives where necessary
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
• ACCA or HKICPA qualification is a MUST
• A minimum of 5 years of solid accounting experience preferably gained from MNCs; Experience in IT&T sector is a definite advantage
• Data-focused, strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills, able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with passion and ability to communicate with both internal and external parties
• Strong presentation skills with good business acumen
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English & Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
• Excellent in MS Excel & Word is a MUST
• Supervisory experience is desirable
