Presales and Implementation Manager (based in Taipei)

We are currently looking for an Presales and Implementation (ERP) to join one of our clients in Taipei, Taiwan. They are one of the leading providers of business and technology services and solutions.

 

Responsibilities:


• Involve in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Finance / Distribution / production module consultation
• Responsible for the ERP project’s introduction, coordination and implementation, including overall operation planning, requirements analysis, system testing, training, problem solving, project quality monitoring, cost management and other related matters
• Initiate or participate in implementation requirements discussions, financial workflow improvement planning, project go live, follow-up system maintenance and support
• Pre-sales: Focus on customer needs and expectations, perform data analysis, system introduction, project planning and develop solutions proposal

 

Requirements:


• Degree holder in Information System, Business Management, Finance, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of ERP consultant experience with more than 5 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics or Dynamic 365
• Experience as a Project Manager with proven track record to lead and implement more than 10 projects in manufacturing, retail, or supply chain
• Effective communication skills in both Mandarin and English, possess team spirit, keen sense of responsibility and professionalism
• People management experience (ranges from 5 to 10 subordinates) with strong leadership skills
• Comfortable to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel and work overtime when necessary
