Pre-sales and Post-sales Engineer (Based in Hong Kong)
Our client is a global software vendor for enterprise content management solution both for on premises and cloud based. The solution covers business process automation, workflow, records management, document imaging and webform software. They have been recognized in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for ECM for years. They are seeking for a Pre-sales and Post-sales Engineer based in Hong Kong to drive their international business.
In this position you will have exposure to global client based and working with business resellers around the world.
Responsibilities:
• Provide both pre-sales and post-sales consultation to the vendor’s products and solutions
• Design, present, implement and support the solutions based on customers’ requirements
• Develop and conduct technical training to resellers, customers and internal staff
• 10-15% international travel is required
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree of computer science, engineering, math or similar field, with pre-sales experience or post-sales experience is a plus
• Knowledge in any enterprise content management (ECM) or document management systems (DMS) such as FileNet, Documentum or similar solutions
• Experience with SQL Server or Oracle database, and Web protocols (e.g., HTTP, ASP, XML, JavaScript and JQuery)
• Familiar with VB.Net and C# and TCP/IP-based networking is a plus
• A team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills and motivated mentality
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English is a must, near native speaker is preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome
