Senior Consultant – IT Service Delivery

Our client is a leading IT solution and service provider with over 60,000 employees worldwide, they have been rated by Gartner as the leader on several Magic Quadrants. They are now looking for a Senior Consultant to join their Hong Kong Team.


• Understand customer business challenges and provide strategy that addresses long term goals
• Analyze client requirements, support implementation, customization, integration and documentation for the customer, and be responsible project management, change management, etc.
• Deliver technical architectural design and plan for engagements
• Provide technical leadership during the implementation of proposal and engagement, and participate in installation, customization, and integration of a mix of solutions
• Work on complex projects and manage multiple work streams, define the deliverables and deliver projects with approved methodology while adhering to margin, planning and SOW requirements
• Act as technical expert in leading pre-sales meeting or presentation
• Lead project quality assurance activities, including technical QA reviews; understand and adhere to proper escalation and change control procedures; and provide testing process, code reviews, certification of software, and issue resolution as point of contact for technical questions if necessary
• Independently analyze large amounts of data, provide logical options, create and delivery correct documentation, sound work products and deliverable to achieve customer satisfaction
• Prepare, maintain and submit activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures
• Work closely with Sales, pre-sales, project managers, other consulting personnel and customers to ensure a smooth implementation and transition from start-up to integration/production mode
• Provide knowledge transfer throughout and at the completion of assigned projects
• Supervise staff and plan/assign work on project engagements where necessary


• Bachelor degree holder or above in IT or relevant discipline
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in service delivery roles
• Ability to influence others to achieve results
• Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge
