Solution Delivery Director (based in Hong Kong covering APAC)
Our client is a global IT vendor. Due to expansion, they are seeking for a Solution Delivery/ Post Sales Director to lead a team to provide professional services to clients in the entire APAC. This person must be very hands-on and also with strong people management experience.
Responsibilities
• Create professional services strategies in alignment with company’s business objectives
• Lead a team to provide post sales services to the entire APAC region
• Ensure project timelines and deliverables met customers’ expectation
• Provide hands-on delivery including solutions design, implementation, integration, testing, and training
• Conduct workflow solution analysis, documentation and implementation management
• Create SOW and to improve customer experience in Post Sales stage
• Develop methodologies for requirement analysis and documentation
• As a consultant and design advanced solutions to customers
• Pipeline management, revenue forecasting and reporting for Professional Service division
Requirements
• Degree holder in Information Systems or related disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Post Sales or Technical Consultant including at least 5 years in managing Data Networking projects
• HANDS-ON experience in Data Networking with major vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, HP, etc. with strong technical skills in Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Load Balancing, etc.
• Creative and be able to come up with innovative solutions to address business challenges
• Hard working, proactive with a “Can Do” attitude, strong people management skills
• Excellent Communication skills in both verbal and written English
