Portfolio Development or Product Marketing (Shanghai or Beijing)-ALM
Our Client is a one of the Global Top ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) Software Vendor. They are seeking for an experience Portfolio Development or Product Marketing professional to enable and drive the Country Sales Team by developing business leads and formulating business strategies to maximize the selling opportunities.
Candidates must have experience in Lead Generation or Business Development with strong ALM knowledge in one of the manufacturing industries (Automotive, Aerospace, Automation, Electronic Engineering, or Medical Technology).
Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall product portfolio lifecycle
• Identify a clear Target Market and Go to Market Strategy
• Formulate the campaign and initiative strategies and manage the execution to maximize ALM selling opportunities
• Monitor product portfolio growth against each campaign and initiative
• Understand the Market Position of its product portfolio in the country by gathering market intelligence and monitoring competitors’ activities
• Work closely with Stakeholders such as Country Sales, Presales, Channel Teams, Portfolio Leads, and Marketing team on all portfolio development activities
• Conduct Sales Enablement and provide guidance and mentoring to the country Sales and Marketing teams on portfolio development approach to ensure they are aligned with approved global campaign and initiative and corporate guidelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering or Information Technology
• More than 10 years of working experience in manufacturing or engineering software industry
• Industry knowledge in one or more in Automotive, Aerospace, Automation, Electronic Engineering, or Medical Technology
• Business Development experience with strong domain knowledge in ALM
• Proactive, self-motivated, hands-on, with client facing experience and is capable of dealing with C-Level executives
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willing to Travel (up to 50%) across the country
