Insides Sales (Mandarin Speaking)
Our client is a Global IT Vendor. They are seeking for an Inside Sales to support the Sales and Marketing departments through lead generations.
Responsibilities
• Qualify all inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, events, and marketing campaigns
• Actively call prospects on the targeted lists and maintain the corporate database
• Build relations with key decision makers of targeted accounts and identify their business issues and needs
• Transfer solid leads to Sales for follow up
• Stay current on industry trends and maintain knowledge on competitors’ products and services
• Participate on projects to support Sales and Marketing initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or related disciplines
• Around 2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Service, Telesales, or Marketing
• Good IT knowledge and able to learn IT solutions quickly
• Able to do cold calling and handle rejections
• Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, and energetic
• Independent, proactive with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communications skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
