Sales Operations Manager
Our client is one of the Top Global IaaS Vendors. Due to rapid growth, they are seeking for a Hands-on Sales Operations Manager (Individual Contributor) based in Hong Kong covering both Hong Kong and Taiwan’s partner business.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of the forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions across Hong Kong and Taiwan.
• Manage and execute team goals including segmentation of business goals, measurement of goal attainment, evolving and driving various demand generation campaigns and proposing improvements to the business
• Make business recommendations to senior management based on sales data analysis
• Lead the modelling and development of recommendations for partner coverage, capacity and competency planning aligned with targeted customer segmentation or verticals
• Drive improvements to reporting tools, methods, and processes to increase the availability and granularity of the actionable data
Requirements:
• Degree holder in any disciplines with working experience in Sales Operations (including Business Analytics and Sales Planning) in the IT Industry
• Must be very Hands-on in working with models and data-driven analysis with solid experience in working with large data sets and the technical tools for data analysis
• Solid experience in Sales Compensation and Quota deployment
• Self-motivated, and is passionate about using data to help measuring the sales business and data-driven decision making
• Proven experience with the implementation of system utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, and forecasting, etc.
• Expert in Excel and Data query tools
• Strong business acumen with business process design experience
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proactive with the Power of Influencing others
• Strong enough to Drive Changes
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills in both English and Chinese and be able to communicate complex analytical results clearly to top management
