Senior Sales Manager – IT Outsourcing

Our client is a global SI company focusing in Data Centre Solutions, Cloud Solutions, IT Outsourcing Solutions and a range of professional, consulting, managed and support services.  Due to expansion, they are hiring a Senior Sales Manager based in Hong Kong and will be focusing on IT Outsourcing Solutions.


• Act as an Individual Contributor but work with regional account servicing teams in creating and delivering complex IT Outsourcing services proposals to cater the unique requirements for clients

• Identify ITO strategic accounts and develop plans for targeted accounts.   Generate demand by assisting clients to identify current needs, and then effectively articulate how to add value through our services and solutions

• Build and present the internal business case,  justification of the proposed solution, and lead the negotiation of proposals and contracts with clients

• Cover various kinds of industries and in-depth understanding of the client’s business and analyze the client’s situation and business requirements by working closely with the technical consultants

• Be the partner of client and ensure the commercial option presented is the best for the client

• Mentor the junior sales and perform daily sales management activities including strategic planning, opportunity qualification, resource management, commercial management and cost centre P&L financials as required

• Ensure smooth and efficient transition of new services to the service delivery team responsible for the ongoing delivery and success of the service



• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related disciplines

• At least 10 years of sales experience in an IT services environment

• An IT Outsourcing expert with hands-on experience in successfully creating, closing, and delivering large and COMPLEX ITO deals with Multi Services and Multi Solutions including Network, Data Centre,  Service Desk, etc.

• Knowledge in Cloud Services Models and Managed Services

• Excellent business strategy skills with well understanding of the market trends and the competitive environments

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills and able to develop strong client relationships with global entities

• Strong presentation skills and is able to communicate solutions to clients at a business and technical level

• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
