Human Resources Officer (HR Generalist role)
Our client is a global company in the semiconductor industry. They are seeking for a high caliber to join their Hong Kong Office as the HR Officer/Generalist.
Responsibilities:
• Provide full spectrum of HR support to the Hong Kong Office
• Provide professional HR consulting in response to staff inquiries
• Handle payroll and benefit matters in an efficient and accurate manner, from monthly calculation to pay out, MPF contributions, year-end bonus, and act as contact window for Inland Revenue Department
• Manage vendor services and contracts, e.g. HR suppliers, insurance suppliers, etc.
• Support recruitment of Hong Kong office and the business team as assigned
• Provide consultation to business units on such matters as performance review results and analysis report
• Own the company’s “Great Place to Work” activities, like organizing Christmas party, new year gathering, outing, healthy programs, etc.
• Support company-level programs such as High Performance, Innovation Promotion, Communications, as well as program implementation at global or Asia Pacific level
• Work as owner for employee system update and p-file management
• Provide HR support for the China office if necessary
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• A minimum of 4+ years HR generalist experience
• Good knowledge of employment ordinance and labor guidelines
• Hands-on experience of handling HR administration duties such as final payment, leave management, IRD report etc. Experience with payroll and MPF is a must
• Experience in negotiating and purchasing HR service is preferred
• Helpful, supportive, a team player who is capable of collaborating across teams
• Open minded, willing to listen and learn
