System Administrator (One Year Contract_ renewable)-Hong Kong
Our client is a fast growing company. Due to expansion, they are seeking for a System Admin to provide IT user and infrastructure support to the company.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and support the IT infrastructure for 3 different teams to ensure its security and reliability
• Monitor servers and system health by routine checkup of the network and systems
• Involve in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR)
• Provide IT User Support and installation of hardware and software
• Troubleshoot and fix problems on both first level (desktop, notebook, mobile devices) and second level (server and network)
• Manage hardware inventories and software licenses
• Prepare documentations and user manuals
• Any ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related disciplines, prefer with professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, etc.
• Around 3 years of hands-on experience in helpdesk support, system admin, and network operations
• Solid experience in WIN server domain admin, VMWare VSphere admin, Web/FTP server and firewall and VPN admin
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills are desirable
• Good command in English and Cantonese
