Post-Sales Support Engineer (Hong Kong)
A fortune 500 IT vendor is now looking for a Post-Sales Support Engineer to join their professional services team. The role will be handling Software Installation, technical issues investigation, and defect reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Perform solution integration between various products according to customer’s needs
• Create and manage the configuration on the customer’s environment according to user requirements
• Provide software installation and implementation with Quality Assurance service
• Diagnose and manage technical issues during the project lifecycle
• Provide contents management in the project context
• Retain the technical knowledge of a project and be familiar with all existing documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in IT or related disciplines
• 3 years or above of PostSales or Project Management experience in software industry
• Excellent knowledge with OS systems, installation proceeded, SQL Server, etc.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese)
