Sales Training and Enablement Manager (Native Mandarin-based HK or Singapore)

Our client is a Global IT Vendor.  They are seeking for a Sales Enablement Manager, based in Hong Kong, to drive and deliver sales training and global enablement across APAC region.



Responsibilities

• Drive, support, and execute global enablement programs that are rolled out into APAC region
• Identify training needs, evaluate training curriculum, customize content, and deliver Training across APAC region
• Deliver one or one or classroom trainings and manage multiple corporate learning projects
• Provide APAC sales with the tools, skills, and knowledge to improve field’s capability to position the company’s differentiated value to customers
• Use highly innovative approach to enable new frontiers to help sales to reach their full potentials

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in sales training and enablement with successful track record in executing advanced sales training and enablement programs
• Able to conduct needs analysis; develop, implement, and evaluate wide range of training curricula
• Exposure to Cloud or Software Sales environment
• Excellent stand up training delivery and classroom facilitation skills
• Creative, Passionate, Independent, Positive attitude with strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communications skills in delivering complex concepts concisely in both English and Chinese (Native Mandarin)
