Recruitment Consultant (IT)

Due to expansion, we are seeking for a bright individual as our IT Recruitment Consultant.


Responsibilities:

• Independently handle the entire recruitment process including understanding clients’ needs and requirements, sourcing candidates creatively, identifying and assessing candidates, presenting the right profiles to the right jobs, offer negotiations, etc.
• Build relationships as well as provide professional advice to both clients and candidates
• Maximize profitable growth of dedicated accounts and develop potential business accounts
• Work closely with Assessment Team to provide the best solutions to clients


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• At least 3 years of experience specialized in IT or executive recruitment
• A good team player with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Creative with business sense, sales and result-oriented, and able to handle multi-tasks effectively
• MUST have high integrity with excellent sales track records
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
