HR Generalist (based in Shanghai)

Our Client is one of the top global fashion cloud based PLM solution vendors. They are looking for an organized and self-motivated professional to join them in expanding their footprints in China.

Responsibilities:

• Administer compensation and benefit plans
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes including on-boarding
• Support employees in all HR related activities
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies
• Gather and conduct HR data analysis
• Ensure compliance with Labor regulations


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist including Recruitment
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures in China
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws in China
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; any HRIS systems will be a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
